‼️ WW Snacks ‼️⁣

Y’all seemed to like my post of all my WW must haves, so I figured I’d give y’all more, this time focusing on snacks!! I’m a huge snacker so try to make sure I have WW friendly snack options in the house at all times! I love all of these and none of them will drain your daily points (practicing portion control of course lol) ⁣

A few tips -⁣

Eat a mozz cheese stick with your turkey pepperonis to get all those pizzaaa vibes 🍕⁣

Spread a laughing cow cheese wedge on a white cheddar rice cake with some EBTB seasoning on top 😋😋 OR spread on a low carb wrap with some deli meat for a delicious snack wrap 😋⁣

Scan your salsa at the store!! Not all of them are 0 points…. lots of different brands/types have added sugars. If you know me, you know I always have my scanner out at the grocery store 😂⁣

For crackers, chips, popcorn, etc – use your food scale to measure out portions! This is so much more accurate than using measuring cups ‼️‼️⁣
