Weight Watchers Poke Cake 🎂
Me and @sshamwow have birthdays this week so I decided to try out a @ww friendly birthday cake to celebrate – and it turned out great! 🎉 If you want to celebrate with cake, but don’t want to throw away all your points, go with this recipe by @ww_hello.its.kristy!! -1 box sugar free yellow cake mix
-10 oz diet soda such as Sprite Zero
-2 egg whites
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake for 5 mins less than the package directions. Let cool for 15 mins, then poke holes throughout the cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
-1 1 oz box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
-2 c cold unsweetened almond milk
-1/4 tsp vanilla
Mix ingredients and pour over the cake, making sure to fill the holes. Refrigerate to let the pudding set.
-3/4 c swerve confectioners sugar
-3 tbsp cocoa powder
-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients until a glaze forms and spread over your cake. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
I cut my cake into 12 slices for 4 points each, or 2 slices for 7 😋💙
