Tonight’s dinner was quick & easy to throw together and so delicious and filling!!! 4 point bfast sammie, 4 points of air fried sweet potatoes (151 gm), and a sliced peach! 😋💙
Working night shift is cool because normal food rules really don’t apply. We’re on the weirdest schedule so you can kinda eat whatever, whenever! Bfast at 5 pm – sure! Ice cream at 8 am- sure! SO FUN 🤩
-Bfast sammie is an everything bagel thin (3), 1/4 c @jimmydean turkey sausage crumbles (1), 1 egg, and 1/4 c Kraft fat free shredded cheddar.
-I diced the sweet potato, sprayed with cooking spray, tossed with cinnamon, and air fried at 400 for about 18 mins, tossing a few times while cooking.
