Tonight’s dinner is @steph_on_ww’s Thai salad! Entire salad for 6 points (only coming from the peanuts and dressing)
1 package shredded coleslaw
1 package shredded carrots
2 red bell peppers
1 bunch of scallions
1 bunch of cilantro
1 package edamame
1 package frozen mango chunks
1 rotisserie chicken
Peanuts for topping (I used 25g for 4 points)
All chopped up and thrown into a bowl, then split into 5 massive servings.
Dressing is @litecravings Asian peanut dressing. I added a good amount of water to make 5 equal size servings for 2 points each. Swipe for recipe ➡️
