The hubby wanted a double vegan black bean burger and homemade onion rings 🙌🏽 I made that happen. 😊 I made a wet batter with just egg and flour. I made a dry batter with flour, planko bread crumbs and seasonings. Dipped the sliced onion 🧅 in the wet batter and then in the dry. Repeated the step again and set on cookie cooking rack until I finished all of them. Placed sprayed lightly with olive oil and placed in the air fryer.
