Spinach Artichoke Zaaa 🍕⁣

Was really into the spinach artichoke stuffed mushrooms I made the other day so tonight I decided to do the same thing, except make it a pizza!!! I used 2 ingredient dough to make them for 11 points each and they were soooo tasty and filling!! 💙 Here’s what I used to make 4 personal pizzas: ⁣

2 ingredient dough:⁣
2 c self rising flour ⁣
2 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt ⁣
Combine in a big bowl and split into 4 equal balls, then flatten out on the counter to make your crust. Make sure you have some extra flour on hand to prevent sticking! ⁣

Spinach artichoke topping:⁣
2 13 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ⁣
16 oz fresh spinach ⁣
4 oz FF cream cheese⁣
1/2 c grated Parmesan ⁣

Break up your spinach and add to a saucepan on the stove with a splash of water. Cook and stir until wilted. Drain whatever water is leftover and add to a bowl. Add FF cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, and parmesan. Mix until everything is combined.⁣

Add a thin layer of shredded mozz to your crust. I used 1/4 c FF mozz and 32 gm reduced fat mozz on each for 2 points. Divide the spinach artichoke mixture evenly between your pizzas. I made mine on the grill for the first time, which worked GREAT (Dm if you want deets). You can also bake at 425 for 12-15 mins. 😋 What kind of za should I make next????
