Spaghetti Squash & Meat Sauce 🍝
I love spaghetti squash because you can do SO many things with it, it’s 0 points, and it keeps you full for soooo long. I always make mine in the instant pot. Just slice it vertically, scoop out the seeds, put 1 c water in the bottom of the instant pot, and place your 2 spaghetti squash halves on the trivet. Set to high pressure for 7 minutes, then manual release once it’s done. The “noodles” literally scrape right out of the shell. This is by far the easiest way to do it.
This time, I topped it with @theskinnyishdish slow cooker marinara sauce that I had frozen combined with some turkey sausage, making it 3 points per serving 💙
