Spaghetti Squash Buffalo Chicken Casserole⁣ ⁣
I took a few different recipes and combined them to make this yummy spaghetti squash casserole 😋 and I’m not lying when I say this is prob my favorite spaghetti squash recipe I’ve ever had 🤤🤤 If you like buffalo chicken, you’ll like this recipe 😁⁣

1 medium spaghetti squash⁣
2 12.5 oz cans of shredded chicken ⁣
1 orange bell pepper diced⁣
1 egg⁣
1/3 c franks hot sauce⁣
Cheddar cheese⁣ (I used reduced fat)
Pepper, onion powder, garlic powder⁣
Skinny ranch (combine NF plain Greek yogurt + 1 tsp ranch seasoning)⁣ – this is something you need to save ‼️
Green onion⁣

Preheat oven to 400. Cook your spaghetti squash however you like. I slice mine in half and place it in the instant pot on the trivet, pour a cup of water in the bottom, and cook on high pressure for 5 mins (this, in my opinion, is the best way to do it) 🔹 In a bowl, combine chicken, orange pepper, egg, hot sauce, and cheese. Once spaghetti squash is cool, add it to your bowl and mix everything together. Make sure you get rid of some of the water that tends to accumulate in the cooked spaghetti squash. 🔹 Pour into a greased 9×13 pan, sprinkle with your spices, and cook for 25 minutes. Once done, I drizzled with skinny ranch and diced green onion.⁣

Mine came out to 3 servings for 2 points each since I used 50 gm of reduced fat cheddar. Could be 0 points if you use FF cheddar 💙💙💙⁣ ⁣
