Skinny Pad Thai 🍜🍣
This was one of the recipes I made and posted very early on after I made this account and its continued to be one of my favorites! It tastes like restaurant style pad thai but with way less points!
I made myself a double serving because I was extra hungry and had lots of points to use 😋 here’s the point breakdown —
3 oz rice noodles (9)
3/4 oz peanuts (4)
1 tbsp rice vinegar (1)
I left out the oil and used sugar substitute in the sauce, with all the other ingredients being 0 points! I cooked the salmon on the pan before adding the noodles and eggs with garlic and a little bit of the sauce.
