Crumbled soft white tofu, chopped tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil for frying, turmeric, a generous amount of nutritional yeast and black salt!

Black salt is mandatory because that is what gives tofu that eggy taste (and smell)! Top up with some herbs, and here you have a super nutritious high protein meal that you can have at any time of the day.
