This is honestly the easiest dessert to make if you fancy something sweet and they taste like the Cadbury’s Crunchie Rocks but veganised and with the addition of salty peanuts for extra crunch and flavour!

I just melted two big bars of dark chocolate over a pot of hot water. I used @waitroseandpartners own brand which was AV but you can use Bournville or whatever you want.

Mix through broken up pieces of honeycomb or the new vegan crunchie (which I couldn’t find anywhere!) so I used dark chocolate covered honeycomb pieces and some salted peanuts.

Push the mixture out into a tray and push into the corners etc then leave to sit in the fridge and then cut into slabs once solid. Delicious!
