Ok y’all I’m here to tell you that weight watchers works. I’ve used weight watchers for the past 6 years, but never really consistently. I would track a few days here and there, and then forget about it for a while, before getting back on it, and repeating the cycle. ⁣⁣

In April, I tracked every single day. I exercised a lot and ate a lot of good food. Although I did not reach my goal weight, by staying active and practicing the balanced diet that weight watchers teaches you to do, I got pretty dang close. I was able to lose 6.7 pounds over the last 30 days. I achieved all the goals I set for myself for the month of April and am at the lowest weight I’ve been at in a LONG time. I feel a lot stronger, my running pace has improved, I have more energy, and am excited to keep this thing going 💪🏼😁⁣⁣

In May, I hope to continue practicing BALANCE, and hopefully turn this into a lifestyle for the long term 💙 Oh and also, I’m ready for a drink 😬🥂
