Vegan-Gluten Free Filipino Chowmein callesd “Pancit” (used Tamari Soy sauce and Tofu as my meat and a lot of Veggies) .. and Vietnamese Spring rolls (my first time to make it- harder to roll that i thought😅 -looks skinny like me lol) … How’s Everyone’s First Day of January so far!? This book was really good. It’s so much more than a 1-month vegan challenge. It comes with 10 other bonus books that offer valuable information that isn’t found in any other vegan recipe book I’ve bought.
