This is prosciutto balsamic peach chicken with burrata cheese and lemme tell you, it was DELICIOUS!! If you need a dinner idea, go make this now.
The chicken is topped with 1 tsp fig spread (I used Divina Chili Fi Spread) and wrapped with a slice of prosciutto (from @traderjoes) and then baked with peaches and shallots. You then pop it on the stove and make a delicious sauce from balsamic vinegar and white wine 🤤 To top it all off you add that delicious burrata cheese at the end 😋😋

My meal came out to 10 points total 💙 2 points for the chicken (1 for fig spread and 1 for prosciutto), 5 points for 2 oz burrata or 1 ball, 1 point for the sauce, and I added a slice of ciabatta for 2 points to soak up all that delicious extra sauce. To lessen the points just leave out the burrata… would be sad to do this but definitely still delicious!!!
