Motivation story today🥰 . Been a minute…..just stopped by to encourage that person who really thinks they cant do this…the person losing slower then others….or the person not seeing drastic results yet….Well I have been there….I started my journey…with March 1st marking 20 months….Slow and steady….Weight coming off alot faster at first…but then hitting plateaus for weeks at a time…One plateau lasted almost 8 weeks…but then…boom 10 lbs gone….So please…whatever you do…Dont scale obsess and get back on track after falling off…Consistency is the only way to have longevity in this new lifestyle change…It isn’t a diet…but learning healthy eating habits and regular exercise if you can…But you cant out train a bad diet either…So what you put in your mouth is the most important….. 75lbs gone for my husband who started 2 months before me and lost all his weight in 7 months….While I am at 20 months & almost 100 lbs lost starting from 278lbs… I just girdled and hid my rolls as good as I could…lol… Just enjoy the journey and go at your pace….Left Pic is Summer of 2018… 1 month before
