Monster Cookie Protein Bites ⁣🌈

I took @kalekouture’s recipe and made some changes to the PB to lessen the points just a bit. SO tasty and the perfect little grab and go snack for a boost of energy during the day!!! Head to @kalekouture’s blog for her original recipe, but here’s what I used:⁣

1/2 c @pbfit.official prepared with water⁣
1/4 c Jif creamy PB⁣
1/4 c Jif whipped PB⁣ (You can use just 1/2 c whipped or 1/2 c creamy, it doesn’t change the points. I just only had 1/4 c of creamy left in the house!)
3 tbsp honey⁣
1 scoop WW vanilla protein booster⁣
3 tbsp rolled oats⁣
1 tube mini M&Ms⁣

Combine all your PBs with honey and microwave for 1 minute. Whisk together until combined. Add protein powder and stir well. Fold in oats. Refrigerate until cooled and ready to scoop into balls. Use a small cookie dough scoop to form 24 equal size balls and place on wax paper. Press about 7 mini M&Ms into each ball and refrigerate until ready to eat 😋⁣

Mine came out to 2 points for 1, or 5 points for 2 and each ball has about 4 gm of protein 💙⁣ If you’re a peanut butter fan, you need to go try these!!
