Meal Prep Breakfast Bowls 🍳 ⁣

I always try to eat breakfast at work around 5 or 6 so when I come home I can get in bed ASAP. I threw together 4 breakfast bowls for the weekend! Super easy to throw in my lunchbox and reheat when I’m ready to eat 😋⁣

Each bowl contains:⁣
-1.5 eggs scrambled with spinach and TJs EBTB seasoning (0)⁣
-2 oz TJs shredded hash browns (1)⁣
-1/2 TJs spicy jalapeño chicken sausage link (1)⁣
-2 tbsp Kraft fat free shredded cheddar ⁣(0)

Just 2 points each 💙 and packed with 20 gm of protein to keep me good and full while I’m sleeping the day away 😴😴⁣

  2. I think you are so smart to eat around 0500-0600. It’s no fun eating when you get home and then immediately going to bed with a full stomach. I used to work 12hr Nights in a Peds CICU (hooray for Peds RNs!! 🎉) and I learned that the hard way.
