Homemade PB Cups 🤤🤤🤤⁣

Made these recently and they did not last long. I NEEDED to make another batch to have in the freezer. They’re the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth craving!! 🍫 ⁣Today, I doubled the recipe from last time so they’d last longer 😋😋 Also, I feel like this is going to be one of those recipes that gets better and better each time you make them 😎⁣⁣
⁣⁣
183 gm @lilys_sweets dark chocolate chips⁣⁣
8 tbsp @pbfit.official + water⁣⁣
2 tbsp swerve powdered sugar (optional)⁣
⁣⁣
Spray your mini muffin tin. Microwave half your chocolate and divide evenly between 17 mini muffin compartments. Freeze til solid. Mix your PBFit with water. I tried to keep the PB on the thicker side which I think worked out better, so only add a small amt of water at a time til you reach your desired consistency. I mixed in some swerve powdered sugar to make it a little sweeter, but this definitely isn’t necessary. Divide your PB evenly on top of the frozen chocolate and freeze again til solid. Melt the remainder of your chocolate and divide on top of the PB. Freeze again. Once completely solid, remove from the muffin tin by popping each out with a knife. Store in the freezer for when you need your chocolate fix 🤤🤤⁣⁣
