Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Crisps 🍎🍑🍓⁣

Found this recipe by @keepingonpoint and knew I had to try it!!! This is a great, HEALTHY, appetizer and put a whole new spin on my homemade, air fried chips!!!

1 apple⁣
1 tbsp lemon juice⁣
1 lb strawberries⁣
2 sugar free peach cups⁣
6 oz raspberries⁣
2 tbsp Polaner sugar free grape jelly⁣
4-6 carb counter wraps
1 tsp cinnamon⁣
2 tbsp sugar replacement ⁣

Peel and chop apple into small pieces. Place in a bowl and mix in lemon juice. Chop strawberries, drain and chop peaches, and chop raspberries into small pieces and mix in with the apples. Microwave jelly for 10 seconds and mix well with your fruit. Refrigerate til chilled and it’s ready to eat!!!⁣

For the cinnamon crisps, combine cinnamon and sugar replacement. Slice up your tortillas into triangles with a pizza cutter, place in air fryer in a single layer, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with your cinnamon sugar. I continue to add more layers and repeat the process til all of my tortillas are in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 for 15 mins if you are doing 4 tortillas at once, and make sure to shake up a few times while cooking. @keepingonpoint made hers in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer!⁣

The only points for this app are from your cinnamon crisps. I had 2 tortillas worth and a largeeee portion of the salsa for just 2 points! 💙⁣
