Falafel Greek Bowl 🥙
This 6 point bowl turned out so delicious! Easy to prep and throw together when you’re ready to eat! Here’s what I used:
-4 falafel balls -made with TJs falafel mix, air fried at 400 for 10 mins (4)
-Red bell pepper
-1.25 oz TJs fat free feta
-2 tbsp Cardinis light Greek vinaigrette (2)
I prepped all my ingredients to have ready to eat for dinner before work this week. Just heat the cauli rice and falafel balls then add all your other ingredients on top! Such a delicious & healthy meal!
