EASY SHRIMP DILLA 🍤⁣

Quick & easy dinner tonight while I continue to use up what I have in the house before making another grocery trip! I always love to order a cheesy shrimp quesadilla from a Mexican restaurant so I thought tonight I’d make my own! ⁣

1 ole xtreme wellness wrap⁣
10-15 shrimp, peeled and deveined ⁣
1/4 c shredded cheese⁣
1/4 c diced tomatoes ⁣
Greek yogurt & salsa for serving⁣

Season your shrimp with some chili powder and blackened seasoning (or whatever you like) and cook on the stove until pink. Set aside and re-spray your pan. Lie your wrap in the pan and add your shrimp, cheese, and tomatoes. Fold over and press down with a spatula. Flip a few times until heated throughout 😋⁣

My quesadilla came out to 4 points. 💙 1 for the tortilla and 3 for the reduced fat shredded cheddar. Could definitely lessen the points using a different cheese! I served with a mixture of 0 point salsa and nonfat plain Greek yogurt for dipping 🤤⁣

Simple and easy for y’all! Don’t worry, I’ve got some delicious new recipes lined up to try once I get my house cleaned out of what I have!! 😄⁣
