EASY MEAL PREP !!
These chicken fajitas were super quick to throw together and done in the oven after 25 minutes! The fajitas themselves are 0 points, so that leaves you with lots of opportunities to get creative on how you want to serve them!
I added 1/3 c of quinoa for 3 points bc that’s what I have in the house, but putting them on some tortillas or over rice would be delicious too 😋😋
Preheat oven to 425. Slice up 1 lb of chicken breasts into small cubes. Slice onions and peppers and place everything onto a pan. I use @wwpounddropper’s fajita seasoning recipe using paprika, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle the seasoning over your chicken, peppers, and onions and mix to coat everything. Bake for 25 minutes. This recipe is also great with shrimp!
