Bear with me – I know this isn’t the most photogenic of meals, but it is SO TASTY and is definitely one of my new favorites! Literally takes less than 5 minutes to drop everything in your crockpot and when you come back hours later, you have a delicious meal ready to go!
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 packets McCormicks chicken gravy
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
Pepper to taste
Add all ingredients except chicken to crockpot and mix to combine. Add chicken and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 5-6 hours. The chicken literally fell apart when it was done cooking.
Split into 4 equal size servings, this comes to just 2 points each, or 3 servings for 3 points each 💙 we topped ours over Trader Joe’s cauliflower mash combined with some real mashed potatoes 😋😋 I’ve also served with a side of mixed veggies!
