COPYCAT REESE’S PB CUPS 🍫
Saw this recipe from @runforbrunch and had to try!!! Will definitely be making more of these to have handy in the freezer at all times 😋😋
360 @lilys_sweets chocolate chips (yes I counted them out 😂)
4 tbsp @pbfit.official mixed with water
1 tbsp swerve powdered sugar
1 tsp olive oil
Add half your chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl with half your oil, microwave until melted and smooth. Spray your mini muffin tin and distribute evenly between 8 mini muffins. Freeze until solid. Combine your PbFit with water. I mixed in 1 tbsp of swerve powdered sugar as well for some additional sweetness, but this isn’t necessary! Distribute evenly on top of the hardened chocolate. Freeze until solid. Mix the remainder of your chocolate chips with the rest of the oil and microwave until melted. Pour on top of the hardened PB. Add sprinkles if you’d like 🤗 Freeze again and once everything is hardened TREAT YOSELF to a few!! These are so good and only 2 points each!!! 💙
I was obviously impatient and couldn’t wait for them to freeze all the way before taking photos and eating, so I ended up with melted PB all over my fingers. The 90 degree weather in Richmond didn’t help 😂
