Confetti Cookie Dough 🍪
Alright y’all bear with me on this one. I was skeptical too when I saw this recipe, but it totally works! Obviously you’re not going to get that exact cookie dough taste when you’re using chick peas as the main ingredient, but it’s pretty good for a healthy substitute!!!!
This recipe came straight from the @ww app. As always, you can make substitutes for the ingredients, you will just have to adjust the points accordingly.
1 15 oz can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/4 c swerve brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 oz FF cream cheese
1/3 c PBFit prepared with water
Lily’s chocolate chips
Add your chick peas to the food processor and process until almost smooth. Add all other ingredients and process until combined and smooth. I split mine into three bowls and topped with 13 Lily’s chips each and sprinkles for just 2 points per serving 💙💙 store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. This is perfect to satisfy that sweet tooth craving 😋
