Chia Pudding 🍓
I read all about the health benefits of chia seeds and decided I’d try some chia pudding for breakfast this morning! Bought these cute little jars at @target yesterday and prepared my pudding so it’d be ready for me in the fridge this morning! Here’s what I used -
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar free syrup
Dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp chia seeds (3)
I mixed together the milk, vanilla, syrup, and cinnamon then added the chia seeds. Put it in the fridge for a little while then gave it another good stir before I went to bed to make sure everything was mixed properly! This morning I pulled it out, topped with fruit, and had breakfast ready for me for just 3 points! 💙
