This is so quick and easy to throw together and perfect for meal prep! ⁣Here’s what I used –

2 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded⁣
1 bag frozen cauli rice⁣
1 bag frozen broccoli ⁣
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup⁣
1/3 c nonfat, plain Greek yogurt⁣
1 1/4 c reduced fat cheddar cheese⁣
3/4 c cornflakes, crushed ⁣

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for cornflakes. Pour into a sprayed 9×13 casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top and bake for 30 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes so the top gets crispy. ⁣

I split mine into 5 equal size servings for 5 points each 💙 her recipe uses 1/4 c light mayo instead of Greek yogurt and fat free cheese, just adjust the points accordingly based on your substitutions!⁣
