Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Casserole by @feliciafitnesshealth

This casserole is so easy and delicious! The perfect QUICK MEAL PREP for your week! And it tastes like straight up comfort food 🤤⁣

-2 c shredded chicken – I used a shredded rotisserie chicken⁣
-1 10 oz bag frozen cauli rice⁣
-1 10 oz bag frozen broccoli⁣
-1/4 c light mayo – I subbed NF plain greek yogurt⁣
-1 can 98% FF cream of chicken soup⁣
-1 1/4 c FF shredded cheddar⁣
-3/4 c cornflakes – I subbed seasoned breadcrumbs⁣

Preheat oven to 350. Microwave/thaw veggies. Mix all ingredients together in bowl and then pour into a greased 9×13 casserole dish. Bake for 30 mins. I broiled for a few mins at the end to get the top nice and brown. ⁣

With my substitutions, the casserole came out to just 3 points for 1/4th of the entire thing!!💙⁣ I hope everyone has a fantastic Easter Sunday!

  2. Hi! Thanks for sharing your recipes. I made this tonight and created the meal with the app by scanning everything and mine came out to 8pts per serving. I realize I only used reduced fat cheese but should the chicken be so many points? Can you share a picture of your created meal in WW?
