Brussel Sprouts with Garlic, Bacon, and Chicken. Filling, no fancy ingredients, and so good!
Two handfuls of Brussel Sprouts
Clove of Garlic
6 Strips of Bacon
1.5 Cups Rotisserie/Cooked Chicken
Salt/Pepper/Red Pepper Flakes/Garlic Powder
Cook bacon in pan while shredding chicken on the side. When the bacon is done, put aside to cool and use the bacon grease to cook garlic at lower temp. After the garlic is soft, bring med/high heat and add brussel sprouts and spices. Mix well and cover pan (mixing occasionally) until brussel sprouts are soft but have a crunch. You may have to add oil here if it all gets absorbed. Cut up bacon and mix in along with chicken without a lid until brussel sprouts are browned. Lid can come off earlier in the process too. Then enjoy!
