Breakfast Egg Rolls 🥚🍳
Had leftover egg roll wrappers from the blueberry cheesecake egg rolls I made the other day so I thought I’d experiment with another type! I’m obsessed with breakfast foods so what better to try than a bfast egg roll!!
4 scrambled eggs
60 gm Jennie-O lean breakfast turkey sausage, cooked (3)
2 slices Trader Joe’s reduced fat jarlesberg cheese (2)
6 Nasoya egg roll wrappers (10)
Salt & pepper
Distribute your ingredients evenly between each egg roll wrappers, and roll up tightly. You will need to wet the edges with a finger and fold in two opposite corners in first, then fold the third corner in, then roll it up! Spray your air fryer and the egg rolls, and air fry at 350 for 10 minutes.
These are SO good and just 3 points for one, or 5 points for two! 💙 I made them to take to work for breakfasts this week but they’d be great if you’re hosting a brunch or something like that!!!
