Any1 Else Makes Stews instead of Soups?
Or very very thick soups?

Eating a plain soup barely gives you any calories,in a stew you can stuff in so much of stuff that it will actually keep you full. Others often look very weird at my ”soups” 😀

am I the only one who Prefers stews/extra thick soups with actually a lot of stuff in them?

Edit: for those asking what’s inside in that:

1kg dried beans, 1.2kg cabbage,700g carrots, 700g potatoes, some celery /onion &spice mix.Boil beans first separately, Fry the carrots/onion/celery first on a pan. Dump all in a pot +chopped cabbage/potatoes & boil for 30mins. The cabbage will thicken it up & Use some stock if you can make/have. Makes 6-7 litres from that stuff.

I portion it out in microwave sterilized glass jars so I can eat it for a week.

This book was really good. It’s so much more than a 1-month vegan challenge. It comes with 10 other bonus books that offer valuable information that isn’t found in any other vegan recipe book I’ve bought. I really enjoyed reading the guide on Macronutrients and How to deal with social challenges. Oh and the recipe book is definitely my favorite, which makes it easy to stick to the vegan challenge even after 30 days.⠀I highly recommend this book to anybody thinking of transitioning to a vegan diet.
