‼️ 0 Point Pad Se Ew ‼️
Can y’all believe this is 0 points!? Saw this recipe on @lashesandlemons’ page a while back and have been dying to try it! I was a little hesitant about the tofu noodles, but they are perfect for this dish! Y’all should try ASAP!
8 oz tofu shirataki noodles (I could only find the spaghetti, but the fettuccini would be 💯)
1/2 large chicken breast
1/2 head of broccoli (or whatever other veggie you prefer)
3 tsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
Sesame seeds (I forgot to add these)
Rinse & drain noodles then pat dry. Cook for 3-5 mins on a nonstick pan. Add 1 tsp liquid aminos. Mix in 1 raw egg and stir until cooked. Cook and prepare your chicken and veggies. I steamed my broccoli and cooked my chicken breast on the stove. Once cooked, add veggies and chicken in with your noodles. Add more liquid aminos to taste and top with sesame seeds.
